Content Audits/Overhauls

If you’ve got copy that’s not converting or you’re not getting the traffic you’d like, a content audit can help you correct what’s not working.

Maybe all you need are some tweaks here and there. Maybe you need a complete overhaul. Either way, I’ve gotcha covered.

Copywriting/Content Writing

Copywriting increases brand awareness and persuades someone to take action using benefits (not features), emotions, and calls to action.

Content writing creates a brand's authority and trustworthiness through websites, blog posts, articles, case studies, and white papers.

What do you need help with?

  •  Blog posts

  • Social media posts

  •   Articles

  •  Case Studies

  •   White Papers

Social Media and Email Campaigns

The right social media and email campaigns keep you relevant and top-of-mind. I’ll make sure you show up on the regular with shareworthy content.

Your readers might not need your services now, but they’ll remember you when they do. And when their friends do.

Guest Blogging

Posting blogs on sites with an overlapping audience is a solid plan. It’s a great way to gain exposure, show your expertise, and get traffic to your site without paying for advertising.

I write quality blog posts that get read and make readers want to find out more about you and your specialty.

HOW I WORK

  • I work with small- and mid-sized law firms (in business for 5+ years) and write content and copy for their websites, marketing materials, and email campaigns.

I take the time to understand the firm, its needs, and its personality. And I don’t use Artificial Intelligence or machine learning to supplement my writing.

  • Step 1: Setting the Scope

We’ll spend ~15 minutes over Zoom (or the phone, if you’d like) to get to a crystal-clear scope of work. I’ll send you a project brief to complete that'll ask for things like:

    • Is the copy for a website, about me page, a LinkedIn bio, a blog, an article for a legal journal?

    • How many pages do you need?

    • How much content?

    • Have you worked with a copywriter before? What worked? What didn’t work?

  • This initial call helps us get a sense of how well we’ll work together, if I’m the best copywriter for the job, and if I can take on your project given my current workload.

  • Step 2: Proposal

Based on my understanding of the scope, I’ll send you a proposal outlining the details of the project and pricing. If you like what you see, you’ll sign off, and we’ll take the next step.

  • Step 3: Briefing

During the briefing stage, I’ll get more in-depth information about your project, such as:

    • Who are you targeting?

    • What are you asking them to do?

    • How do you  want it to sound?

  • Turnaround times depend on how much material you give me, how much I need to create, and how long you need to review and approve it. We’ll set realistic deadlines for both of us, so the project stays on track and finishes on time.

  • Step 4: Game On

I’ll get started on your project as soon as I have:

    • A Signed proposal.

    • Your 50% up-front payment.

    • Any background material or assets.

  • Step 5: Final Payment & Transfer of Copyright

  • When the job's complete, I’ll invoice you the final amount. Once I've received the payment, the copy is all yours.
